RenoEdge provides:

Marketing campaign management
RenoEdge does not guarantee revenue, closed deals, or specific sales outcomes.

 
3. Payment Terms
Contractors purchase booked appointments in agreed bundles. Payment terms are defined in the service agreement or invoice.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.

 
4. Appointment Policy
A “booked appointment” is defined as a scheduled estimate consultation confirmed with a homeowner within the contractor’s service area.

RenoEdge is not responsible for:

Contractor failure to close projects
Homeowner cancellations beyond agreed replacement policies
Specific replacement or show guarantees, if applicable, are outlined in the contractor’s service agreement.

 
5. Contractor Responsibilities
Contractors agree to:

Provide accurate business information
Respond promptly to booked appointments
Attend scheduled estimates
Maintain required licenses and insurance
Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
 
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of RenoEdge LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

 
7. Limitation of Liability
RenoEdge LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to RenoEdge within the preceding 30 days.

 
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.

 
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
