Refund Policy
RenoEdge LLC Last updated: September 13, 2026

RenoEdge LLC ("RenoEdge," "we," "us") provides marketing and lead generation services to businesses. Because our services are custom professional services delivered on a per-client basis, this policy explains when fees are refundable and how to raise a billing concern.

This policy applies to all services purchased through gorenoedge.com. If you have signed a Client Services Agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever its terms differ from this page.

1. Setup and onboarding fees
Setup fees cover work performed at the start of an engagement — campaign build, landing page and funnel setup, CRM and automation configuration, and account integrations.

Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding work has begun. Where your agreement provides for the setup fee to be credited back against future appointment fees, that credit applies as described in the agreement.

If we have not begun onboarding work, you may cancel and receive a full refund of the setup fee.

2. Per-appointment fees
We bill on a pay-per-seated-appointment basis. A fee becomes payable when an appointment meets the qualification criteria in your agreement and the prospect attends.

Instead of refunds, we issue replacements: if an appointment does not meet the agreed criteria, or the prospect does not attend, we replace it at no additional charge.

To claim a replacement, notify us in writing within five (5) business days of the scheduled appointment and include the contact name and appointment date. Claims made after that window may not be honored, as we lose the ability to verify call records and CRM data.

3. Advertising spend
Advertising budgets are paid directly to third-party platforms such as Meta. Ad spend is not refundable by RenoEdge, as those funds are transferred to the platform and consumed when your ads run.

4. Prepaid balances and cancellation
Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with written notice as set out in your agreement.

If you have prepaid for appointments that have not yet been delivered at the time of cancellation, the unused portion of that balance will be refunded to you within ten (10) business days of the effective cancellation date. Fees for appointments already delivered, and any non-refundable setup fee, are not returned.

5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:

your business name,
the invoice or payment date,
the amount in question, and
a short description of the issue.
We respond to every request within three (3) business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Billing disputes
If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us first at [email protected]. We keep complete records of every appointment we deliver — form submissions, call recordings, confirmation messages, and calendar entries — and we will review them with you and correct genuine errors promptly.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of your Client Services Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services and pursue recovery of disputed amounts, including any related fees and costs.

7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your payment is the version that applies to that payment.
